Gift cards issued by The studio Salon at 710 Tiger Blvd, Bentonville, AR will have the following guidelines as per Ark. Stat. Ann. 4-88-702 subtitled The Fair Gift Card Act effective immediately. Gift cards sold 2 years or later are expired and hold no cash value. Cards older than 12 months of current date are subject to certain holding, post sale, or dormancy fees. Gift cards sold after June 1, 2014 are valid for services or products in the amount for which it was sold but the original gift card must be presented to be considered for the following provisions. The holder is responsible for any additional fees if current pricing has increased. The Studio is the issuer of any services that may be listed on the card. If a technician is not available for the service, the value of the card will revert to original sale amount minus any service fees and may be applied to available services or retail products and no cash refund will be issued.
